How to Remove a Card From Apple Wallet

Delete a credit, debit, or transit card from Apple Wallet on your iPhone and clear it from Apple Watch too.

1. Open the Wallet app and tap the card

   Find the Wallet app on your iPhone and tap the card you want to remove so it fills the screen. Stacked cards spread out when you tap them.

2. Tap the More button

   Tap the three-dot button in the top-right corner of the card, then tap Card Details if it appears. This opens the card's settings page.

3. Scroll down and tap Remove Card

   At the bottom of the card details screen, tap Remove Card (or Remove This Card) and confirm. The card disappears from Apple Pay on that iPhone immediately.

4. Remove it from Apple Watch separately

   Cards added to a paired watch stay there until removed. Open the Watch app on your iPhone, tap Wallet & Apple Pay, tap the card, and choose Remove Card — or manage it in Settings, Wallet & Apple Pay on other Apple devices.

5. Know what removal does and does not do

   Removing a card from Wallet only deletes its digital copy; your physical card and account stay active. If the card itself was lost or stolen, call the bank to lock or replace it as well.
